Re: Where do I start?!
I think most do. There is a loan company that purely deals with surgery but i can't remember the name. That's helpful of me (am a div) but i'm sure that most of the BA companies put you intouch with them anyway.

I know when i book mine i'm going to crap myself right up until i've had them done and probably a little after as well. I hate needles so much I don't even sew!
You ladies are going to be sooooo sick of my moaning, i think i'll be put on a temporary ban.
Am such a coward

Re: Where do I start?!
I am coward too chicksville AND terrified of needles i just had to coach myself saying "I want this, I want this, I have to do this to get what i want" my Mum used to say to me when i was a little girl and having my hair plaited, i was really hairsore as a kid, "If you want to be beautiful you have to persevere" this is a mantra i have kept using to myself forever :)
I actually CANNOT believe i have managed to do it I am sooo soft normally ha ha ha You'll be fine
Looking forward to helping all you pre BA's thru to the other side :cheerlead:

Re: Where do I start?!
Ah Chicksville, soo many women on here have said the pain isnt bad.
I bet I will get really nervous once iv actually booked it, but right now im just like eeeeee
Iv never been in hospital before... Iv never hurt myself or gotten ill before.
My dad got diagnosed with cancer this year (hes in remission now) & luckily he has private health cover.. So luckily for me iv had good experiences with hospitals, alot of people seem to hate them.

LOL. If we ever met we'd probably all have to whip our tops off just to recognise each other!

Re: Where do I start?!
Who told you not to comment anymore? No one. You were asked not to suggest people are advertisers, which is a forum rule, it isnt nice and if anyone did it i would be the same. I dont want newbies frightened to voice themselves, we are here to support everyone. Chicksville, no one is attacking natalia, i just didnt appreciate her comment to annie.natalia wrote:thank you chiccie that was nice of u to say like i told nads i was onky concerned as a interest to this site i wasnt being nasty to annie just found her posts abit heavy for a newbie anyway im not gonna comment on this anymore as ive been told not to!!!!
I agree with Cookie, we need to know that things can go wrong. Yes, annie's posts may be a bit full on and scary to some but i'm not going to stop her posting as she's obviously been through a lot.
I dont want to lock this thread as it has been helpful, but i will if there is another comment on this.
Re: Where do I start?!

Re: Where do I start?!
Ok, Nads no problem x
Alt Barbie can I just ask, if you are a 34DD why are you considering going to a E/F. I myself am a 30B and am looking to go to a DD/E due to losing volume after having children. They are looking like two wind socks on a windless day. Are you looking to change your shape or pad them out a little after child birth?

Re: Where do I start?!
E/F is just a size I have in my mind... Looking at bras in the shops ^_^
Im sure the size I actually like is alot bigger lol .. Last time I had myself measured I had DDs. Iv lost about 1 1/2 stone this year & I feel like iv lost volume...
I will have to get some pics up of boobies I like so you can all give me your thoughts on sizes.

Re: Where do I start?!
Do you know the look you want with a top on? You could do the rice test. Get an old pair of tights and measure out dry rice into each leg and cut the feet off and tie them in a knot to stop the rice running out and them in your bra. The volume of rice is the same as the volume of the implant i.e 260g = 260cc. ( I hope I've got that right)
It will give you an idea of what you will look like under your clothes or in your bra. I was also told that when you try on the implants under clothes, don't wear a black top because you can't see the shape or size clearly only the silhouette.
Are you going to the clinic around the corner? And more importantly are you post at work?????

Re: Where do I start?!
So far I have a consult with Transform on Monday (I am almost sure I will not go with them due to the aftercare stories iv heard) But I figure its still good to go see different places. Its in S'ton where I live
Also have an appointment next week with MYA because i really want to meet Mr Singh. Which is why I originally called Transform as I thought he worked there still. This is in Brighton, about a hours drive away.
There is also a guy called Mr Nicholas Bennett who im looking into at the moment, he operates from Hampshire.
I post at work... but its ok cos its my business. ;)
