Toenail polish for surgery? Empty Toenail polish for surgery?

Post by January 26th August 2018, 4:02 pm

I know that I have to remove nail polish from fingers, but is it okay to wear gel polish on toes for going to theatre?
I am booked in with Mr McGeorge at Spire Cheshire.

Thanks,misf1: I'm post BA now. I checked with the nurse at my pre-op appointment, and she said that toenail polish was okay to leave on for theatre. Other places could be different, so it's best to check.
I'm now 10 weeks post-op: still looking a bit "stuck on"!
I worry about that a bit: didn't really realise that it's a long wait to see a final result.
