Hi small fry - a good place to start is top right hand corner of this site - "I'm new, where do I begin" - loads of useful info.. You need to do some serious reading on this site then ask the girls any questions you have. Make sure you choose a reputable hospital who have full back up faclities too

Re: where do i start
Hi hunnie, most people would agree that it is not the company you should be looking at, but primarily the surgeon. Obviously if you have a clinic near to where you live, that is better for you - but only if you find a surgeon who you feel happy with works at that hospital/clinic.
So, how do you choose your surgeon??? One of the most important criteria must be somebody you feel happy with, somebody you feel you can trust utterly to perform the surgery that you want. Now whether any surgeon can achieve the results that you want depends a lot on what you have at the moment and your skeletal structure. The general consensus of opinion would be to go and see a few surgeons and ask them questions about how they would do the surgery and if it is possible to achieve the look that you want.
For help to what questions you need to ask there is an excellent guide which you can print out and take with you [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
If you haven't done so yet, it is also well worth your while to read through the topics in the "Start of your boobie journey" sub section of the forums which you can access by clicking [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Re: where do i start
Hi and welcome to the forum. I think most girls on here will think the company they used are the best so that is something you will have to decide on yourself. I went through Mybreast as the aftercare they give is really good, I read up on all the companies and booked consults for MB & Transform. I was put off by MYA as they was giving discounts if you booked immediately, I liked MB as you actually meet the surgeon on your first visit and not a coordinator.
I booked an appt with MB and they told me who I owuld see so could do research on him before I met with him, once I had seen my PS I knew he was great and didnt even bother going to see Transform. Not sure that was sensible only seeing 1 surgeon but I believe you know when something is right and this felt right for me. Cost never came into it for me as I wasnt interested in saving a few quid if it meant my boobs would not be right. 4 weeks later I had my boobs, and never looked back!
Not sure if that helps you or not xx

Re: where do i start
here's what you do. look at different companies. A lot of them offer free consultations which makes it a lot easier to get started. MYA and Transform are just some of the places which do this. Ring them up or apply on their websites and they'll sort out a time for you to come in. This will give you the opportunity to tell them what you want and for them to tell you what they can do for you. Usually you start off speaking to a nurse or a Patient Care Co-ordinator. Sometimes you speak straight to the surgeon themselves.
Which one is the best is a difficult question. It's more like. Which one do you feel will help you achieve what you want. A lot of my friends went with Transform. But I'm going with MYA. I didn't have a nice experience when I visited Transform. But loads of my friends who had BA's found them to be perfect. It also depends on the surgeon not just the company. The surgeon I'm having probably wouldn't be the best for you because you want to be a g cup which is pretty big and my surgeon prefers smaller more natural looking breasts so he's good at that. But other surgeons will specialise in very big boobs so would be better for you but not so good for someone like me.
When you see a consultant you should explain that you want a g cup and it is their job to refer you to a surgeon whose craft will achieve the outcome you want. It's not really your job to decide which implant you will have. You cannot know this. But a surgeon will. And a good consultant will listen to you and a good surgeon will know which implant will suit your body and your desires.
It's a process and we'll all be here to help you. You won't be alone.

We've all been there... I too started a thread with the same title i believe hehe.
Girls above had said most ... Find a surgeon who will offer you what you want & has lots of good referrals from other women.
What bra size are you at the moment?

The girls have offered you great advice and there is not much more I can add to it. Just make sure it's exactly what you want and you feel comfortable with the surgeon before booking, any offers they put forward on money off, will always be there, so dont be pushed into booking before you are ready. Never part with any money unless you are sure. Also take pictures of boobs you like from i.e nuts magazine to show the surgeon the look you want, they will then be able to tell you what size, placement etc they think will get you to the G cup.
Re: where do i start
theres a lot to look and read i going to float about on here until i get in the swing of things. im reading about high projection and low projection round implant and tear drop implants under muscle and over muscles. will it all become easy. i just want to ask the surgeon to make me look like katie price.

Re: where do i start
Before I actually spoke to a surgeon I thought I wanted tear drop under the muscle as didnt think I had enough breast tissue for overs, but needless to say I was wrong!! I let the expert decide what I needed and went with it. I think as long as your surgeon knows what you are looking for they know what to do x

Re: where do i start
I started by looking at pictures of other women who've had implants and achieved similar results to what I want. There are loads and loads of websites out there with before and after galleries, and a lot of them give information about the type of implant they've had, the size of implant, the weight and height of the patient etc etc... just search it in google!
you might find by looking that you prefer the results of women who've had round implants as a general rule... or that women who were roughly your size before and get to a G cup have roughly 500cc(just an example)... either way, by getting together a "portfolio" of pictures that you like, you will be able to give your surgeon a good idea of the kind of result you're after!
Hope this helps a little bit.

Re: where do i start
Hiya you don't need to be an expert on the subject when you go and see a surgeon, I think it would be perfectly fine to walk in and say you want to be a G like Katie Price was, cos it then gives them a clear idea of what you want, and then they'll tell you if they can acheive that.
To find the surgeons I wanted to see I just read loads of other girls experiences and saw their pics, and I realised that one particular surgeon always produced results that were nice and rounded and perfect how I wanted my boobs to be. I went to see him but he made me feel a bit silly for wanting to be an F, he told me a D was big enough! but I knew it wouldn't be big enought for me.
Another surgeon I saw actually did katie prices big boob job, and also nicola mclean and some other glamour models and a couple of girls I'd talked to, so I knew I liked the look of the boobs he did. So that's why I wanted to see him.
I think it's a very good idea to more than 1 surgeon and see what they say, and then decide who you like best.
Good luck x

By god she must wear a couple of pillows in her bra,s coz they look enormus in a t.shirt loads of people still seem to think she is still big boob,d but she,s not saying that she still looks fab with smaller boob,s. xx

Re: where do i start
If you're a 30a now I can see no reason why it wouldn't get you as big as you want to be, but only a surgeon could tell you that for definite as different cc's are different in every person, as we all have different bodies. They might even recommend that you could have a lot smaller implant and still reach the size you are looking for.

Re: where do i start
You would need more than 1 op to have 1000cc .. Or you could get expanders.
Another option is to find someone that does saline & get the overfilled. As they look bigger & more 'fake' than Silicone.
