When can i start with bio oil..

.. if i wanted to? Completely forgot to ask my nurse today? I have 2 more showers worth of the horrible sticky tape and then my scars will be free to the world haha! Well in my bras anyway. Thanks Smike

That is something that should be advised by your surgeon hun. In most cases it is usually ok to start with bio oil after your 6 week post op check. But do check with your own surgeon.

You 'generally' get the all clear to massage from around 4-12 weeks depending on healing Emily, but as Lisa says, your surgeon will be the one to tell you when your wounds are healed enough to withstand the massage. Xx
