Bio Oil - when do you start...
Hi there.. I bought some bio oil yesterday.. I just thought it may help my new boobs... they feel a bit tight at mo... I am not using it everywhere... just the sides and the tops....thought it may do them good... please tell me it is ok?
Oh also where is the best place it get it? I paid virtually £20 for 200ml. Is there anywhere else that is cheaper as I think I would like to use this all the time.

i only started using it after my first check up with the nurse which was just under a week after the op i think. and i only used it on the boobs themselves not the scars. think i started using it on actual scars after about 2 weeks or so xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

bio oil is crap apparently.. you need to use pure vitamin e oil. it comes in both liquid and an oil capsule that you break and rub on scar.
otherwise there is a cream called "creme number 2" made by a company called payot. apparently it is a miracle worker! :)

I used it from about 4 weeks. Bought some on ebay for £10 for the 250ml bottle. its a nice product but I don't think it makes much difference to my scars. I used rosehip oil on my scars and arnica cream around my boobs as I had a little bruising (although not much). Also had some Heal Gel too which was a nice product but very expensive. Not heard of that one Natta's metioned tho.

I was told about the heal gel today.... what did you think of it? Where did you buy it? Mmmmm I can only find it for sale on ebay at the mo... and its £34. I am not sure but thought the RRP was £28 but of course that was last year or earlier this year I think... just researching at mo.

It was developed by the founding surgeons of Mybreast and I had my op when they still gave out a few freebies so got a tiny little pot free to try out.

There used to be a link from the mybreast website where you could buy it but I can't find it now. It says on that article that its £28. Maybe give them a call? I know they now charge £5 for a sample (and trust me you don't get much!!)
