new boobie depression
Hi ladies,
I got 360cc tea drop cohesive gel over the muscle march 8.
I hate my boobs. They are soooooo big. I did not want boobs that were hudge.
I am just wondering if anyone noticed that their boobs got smaller. I read where some "fluffed" and they got even bigger.
I am sore between my breast and now under my arms. My tummy is really swollen. I have gained 10 pounds since the operation.
I look pregnant. My right breast has a vibration feeling in it.
I just feel plain depressed. I feel regrets for spending all this money on boobs that I don't like.
If I sprayed them with silver paint I would have Madona boobs. They look like giant cones.
Loooking forward to your advice ans stories.

Re: new boobie depression
Im so sorry that you are upset. Im pre BA right now and Im having a hard time on deciding what size of implants to go with, its either going to be 390cc or 410cc. I dont want to have huge boobs I just want bigger boobs then I have now. ANd right now I have a small 34A. My doctor said that the size I get will always end up smaller then what its supposed to be. So example would be 410cc would look about 390cc, And he said thats because Im putting them under the muscles... And dont worry about the cones, Iver seen post op pics which the womens boobs look very very pointy but it usally calms down after a few days or a week or so. I dont think you have to worry about that. And maybe you feel this way because you not use to having bigger breast...

Re: new boobie depression
it sounds normal honey your only a few days post op,the changes you'll see in the next few weeks and months will be dramatic,im still noticing changes now honey, the shape will settle once the swelling goes down as will the position, mine are quite small looking to me now (even though their not)you get used to them so quickly you'll wonder why you worried

Re: new boobie depression
Everything you have written is normal, it's quite normal to not like them at first, mine looked like madonna cones as well. Depression will be the GA coming out of your system, Between your boobs and under your arms is the swelling and can make these areas quite sore but they do get better. The bloating is normal and will also go down. Just imagine going for an op is like having your body switched off for a while, it just takes a while for everything to get back up and running normally.
Strangely enough it can take quite a few weeks to like your boobs maybe even a couple of months. They will change lots and the cone shape will go soon enough.

hiya hun
so sorry you feel like that wish i felt like that and wish 310cc gave me a big bust unfortunately i nevr get how one woman gets a massive boob size with a small implant altho i always had unders my 325cc only took me to a d cup and on a 32 back that is really small. there are so many factors around cc like if you have broad shoulders you can take a bigger implant. but don't fret overs only get smaller and don't fluff. did you start off with a decent cup size then.

Re: new boobie depression
I'm sorry hun but I dont think thats quite correct. The swelling will go down with overs but I am afraid they can get bigger and then can fluff. However that does not mean that yours are going to get huge. They are going to be really high and really fake looking at the moment and believe me that will change. Give them some time, you wont be used to looking down and seeing them yet and it takes a while to adjust
Re: new boobie depression
Hi hun I found that mine got smaller when the swelling went down they look alot smaller now than in my avatar pic which was taken ages ago. I thought mine were huge at first and you have to remember it is such a big change. You lose alot of the upper pole fullness which is generally what you see when you are looking down at them. I thought mine had shrunk loads from when I first had them done. Its amazing how quickly you get used to them and will be interesting to see how you feel in a few weeks time. Keep your chin up they are never perfect to start on with its all part of the journey xx

Re: new boobie depression
yes i agree with peachey overs do go down in general. fluffin is a mythical term but some surgeons say its when the muscle relaxs with unders after a few days so try not to stress once the swelling goes down i bet you will be happy. keep us posted hun xxx

Re: new boobie depression
See I told you Candycain xx All perfectly normal xx
The swelling will go down for definite xx
I don't think swelling is mythical with overs Summer11, I think you are wrong in saying that.........I had overs and had very very small implants and intially was an E xx however, after about 7 to 8 months I was a G xx So I think that overs can and do fluff x There are a lot of girls on here with overs that have fluffed xx

Re: new boobie depression
Well I've definately fluffed . I've gone up two cup sizes from what was put on post surgery but they don't actually look alot bigger . I'm sure you'll feel better soon , be careful you don't become constipated ( GA plus painkillers can do this ) I also put on a little weight but nothing a week or twos careful eating wont fix , I really hope you feel better in the coming days I'm sure you will

hiya kay
i don't think fluffin is mythical as i have experienced it myself but in the land of surgeons this term does not exist but us girlies quite rightly know it does and if you re read my post you will see i was refering to unders. unfortunately for me i was never allowed overs as no tissue what so ever and too skinny with thin skin so had no choice but to have unders which loses alot of the cc so have no experience with overs so cannot give advice on them xx

Re: new boobie depression
Aww Candycain, sending you the biggest hugs my skinny little arms can!
I'm so sorry you're feeling so depressed. I imagine it's a complete change, looking down and seeing cones (!) but from what I've heard they won't be like that forever. Just remember you've been patient all these years for your new boobies, just wait it out for a little bit longer and they will be perfect eventually. Your body needs to learn to accept them, as does your mind, you will get there sweetie.
You are prob feeling like sh*t from the GA, I bet you're exhausted and worried, but it'll all be ok.
Thinking of you hun, please don't be upset. Keep us posted chick xxx

Re: new boobie depression
CandyCain,
I am going through all of the EXACT same things as you to a T. I even have that funny vibration thing. I actually felt better when I read you had this going on becasue I'm trying not to think about it. I was thinking today that it must be becasue i am right handed and use the muscle soo much more, even though it's lighter. I have unders so it just creeps me out soooooo much to feel it.
In between my boobs is the most painful part too. It's crazy pain that just doesn't quit. I'm supposed to be able to sleep on my side but I can't at all. It feels like my boob is going to rip off from under my arms. It's insanely painful.
Like I tell ya, I'm right beside you with these annoyances. We seem to go through all of the same things together.

Re: new boobie depression
Hi hun, please don't worry about your booies being too big! I hated mine too hun i thought mine were way too big for me but then as the swelling went down and they dropped into place and became more the size/shape i was after. I don't think they fluffed and i dont think they shrank but they DID change shape a lot into a lovely natural shape.
As for fluffing, I have seen it with my own eyes, misf1 has an amazing photo album which proves solidly that overs can fluff. However not everybody does.
I think throughout the next few months the following will happen:
a) swelling will go down
b) Your implants will drop into the right position
c) You will get used to having boobies, it can be a shock to wake up with a different body shape! No matter how prepared you think you were
d) You will start to learn what clothes suit your new shape, I found it very difficult shopping for my new shape as i was so used to going for styles that suited my flat chest.
It is very normal to be feeling overwhelmed and unsure about your decision at this stage but I promise you I am 90% sure you will love them in a few months time.
xx

Re: new boobie depression
I really hope I do not fluff. They are bigger than I wanted right now.
In fact my whole body looks bloated. I look fat and the scales have me at 10 pounds heavier than I was before surgery. My boobs are sticking straight out and they feel like rubber.
It is rather gross. I am feeling strange twinges in them now too. I have slept most of the day. Between not feeling good and being depressed. At leat I am not having any problems sleeping. "Yet"
