Just a couple questions for y'all!
So I've been seeing a few terms around here that I am not familiar with. Firstly, what is a v-pillow? I've managed to gather that it's some sort of supportive pillow but that's all I know about that one. Secondly, what is arnica? I suppose I could look up this stuff on google but I'm at school and the internet here is sloooooowwww =]

I'm not sure but if I'm not confusing, based on what I read here, isn't a V pillow some sort of protection between the new boobiess and the seat belt?

here is what they look like

They are supportive so after your op you can put it between you and the seat belt, but it's mostly for helping you sleep propped up

A V-Pillow
An absolute must for pre-oppers! For at least the first week after surgery, you'll need to sleep propped up and this pillow just helps support your back and stops you from rolling over onto your side.
Arnica is a herbal homeopathic remedy.

Hope that helps babe. xx

Arnica is a herbal homeopathic remedy.
Arnica stimulates white blood cell activity which consequently leads to
the dispersion of congested blood and trapped fluids from the muscles
and jointed as well as bruised tissue. It also has anti-bacterial and
anti-inflammatory abilities that help in the reduction of pain and
swelling and improve faster wound healing.
