Definitely separates, zip/button up top and bottoms. Peppermint tea is good for bloating. Arnica tabs is personal choice if your surgeon hasn't mentioned it - it won't hurt to give it a try. Also, Vaseline as your lips get really dry and throat sweets as your throat is usually pretty sore from the tube they put down it x

The GA is nothing. As long as you get a good anaesthetist, you wont even know its happening. I was having a joke with him, and the last thing I remember is saying 'ew, I can feel it in my arm'...then I woke up with boobs! You're in absolutely the safest place to be with professionals whos oath it is to ensure you are fine. You couldn't be in better hands, it'll all be ok.

Separates would be best, a onsie might be tricky to get in and out of, because they are going to be hot and achy if you lean forwards at all. Much easier to shrug something over your shoulders. Peppermint is said to help the bloating, but it makes me gag, so it went straight down the sink! Definitely lozengers, not just for the dry throat after, but coughing for a couple weeks is going to be sore, so sucking on something will ease that. I took the arnica, but still bruised like a peach, its hit and miss with it really. The gel will be comforting and cooling if you keep it in the fridge though.

Arnica Gel was soooo good during the first week, when the boobs burn and feel so sore from swelling. They sell it in most supermarkets- seen in Tesco&Sainsbury's too x
