Great post Cookie I agree with it...however, I dont always wear one. If I were much younger, had bigger and over implants, I would. Mine dont feel any different now, either way, I was advised to for the first three months and continued untill it felt o.k. not to...not sure when? six months? However, I know the summer months made it too hot (warmer climate here) But, I believe I should really.....all you youngsters should safegauard your investments I say.
Perhaps a good question to pose to your surgeons or/and Resident surgeon?

Re: Do you sleep braless?
I wear mine when I'm sleeping alone as it's more comfortable and I'm worried about them eventually becoming armpit warmers when I'm older as they have much more movement than I anticipated :-)
However, the sports bras are not the most attractive thing when My boyfriend stays so I ditch it then.x

Re: Do you sleep braless?
I tried not wearing a support bra to bed after my 6 week check and although it was ok, I felt more comfortable with it on. Only recently have I stopped wearing it. I can only sleep on my front without a support bra on and only recently has that been comfortable. I have read that gravity helps overs sag quicker, which is only when sat or standing, but gravity doesn't have much effect when lying down. I now find it much more comfortable without a support bra or any bra when sleeping.
Re: Do you sleep braless?
I needed to wear a support bra in bed for a lot longer than the 6 weeks recommended by my PS. It's only really the last month or so I've been comfortable at night without it tbh. Sometimes they still ache a bit if I try to sleep on my front without a bra, buti if I pop a pillow underneath them and that works a treat!

I still wear support in bed, either the neon pink sports bra from la senza or a nightie type thing with bra top, can't think of the right name for them! also from la senza. These are sexier than sports bra and are good for support x

Excellent question Nads and great post Cookie!
I've only had an uplift so far, so I'm not sure if this applies to me but I don't wear a bra to bed, although after Cookies post I think I might!
