It is summer here in Australia so I have found myself wearing a bikini on a regular basis... I also occasionally wear summer dresses and tops that dont need a bra.

Therefore, I feel as though there is a good amount of time lately that I am not wearing a bra and now I am starting to worry that I could be doing myself a mis-justice... I wear my sports bra to bed still and I wear a good bra the rest of the time.. but I am still starting to worry that all this bra free time could send the girls down south again... I already had a lift, and I do have a larger implant... do you think I should worry?

i dunno, id think by this stage youre alright to just treat them as normal boobs, and as you had unders, the muscle acts as a sort of internal bra anyway.
I think if youre comfortable then dont worry, but its best to wear a bra if the outfit allows it

Hi hun,first of all lucky you that its summer where you are!If i were you i think i would be thinking about wearing a bit more support to be on the safe sideHow about some underwire bikinis or tankini tops with support in?x

I know that a more supportive bikini would probably be wise I just feel they look like granny tops and I want to show off my new assets!

I had trouble finding a bikini I liked that actually was big enough... not complaining though, its a problem I am happy to have. But yes it is great to feel sexy in a bikini top for once in my life!!! Flash

my surgeon said with unders you should never need a bra again,as the the muscle holds the implant in place

It is nice ladies to be in a bikini on the beach... I am very lucky we are 5 min from 4 different beaches so we live a very coastal life.

But I will admitt I miss the cold winters and Christmas's of home (I am from Canada) there is something so special and cozy about winter time.

I have bikini envy Sarahdawn!!

I'll be showing mine off when I get them, absolutely no doubt. An underwired bikini sounds like a good compromise, maybe on alternate days. Or perhaps wear a bra in the evening, so you're not braless all day.
