I'd personally just treat your boobs as you normally would right now. 4 months post-op is still early days in your recovery. If they haven't settled to a position you're happy with by 6 months post-op then maybe discuss this with your surgeon to see what options might be available to you. Xx

The skin and tissues around an implant become constricted after surgery due to the trauma of the op, this usually relaxes when healing and allows the implant to drop into a more natural shape, if one breast has a bit more trauma than the other it can cause the odd boob stage where one sits higher than the other. They usually catch up but as cookie said if they don't it's worth talking to your surgeon. Gravity may help by going braless, and promoting internal healing by eating a good diet may also help. I've been through the odd boob stage and I know how stressful it is.

I've been sleeping braless for the last few nights as find my m&s sports bra is making me sweat. Would also go braless now with scrappy tops etc. I think I've probably dropped as much as I'm going to.

Ok so I'm trying out the braless thing lol. I was braless all day yesterday, I'm still in the sports bra at night, at my surgeons request. Boobs felt fine at the end of the day, not achy at all. Infact they havnt ached or anything for the past few days. However I did find OH talking to my boobs instead of me lol! X
