UNDERS OVERS OR PARTIALS

Hi hope everyones cool i was just wondering about the placements of implants i have 210cc-240cc unders and i want them bigger alot bigger currently wearing a 34C bra and want to be at least a DD/E . dr singh from mya has offered to do 470cc in both but partials. i know you lose some of the size /volume with unders. will i gain a bit more with partials or should i ask for overs? I think that would depend on what breast tissue u already have there . . . Partials you will loose alittle of the projection yes. Some surgeons prefer to do different placements also. . . . Im having partial unders 390cc + 410cc high profile and hoping to go from A cup to D/DD so im sure you would get ur DD/E from 470cc, also projection will come into the size also x x

Partials and unders offer more support than overs as the muscle acts as an 'internal bra' by holding up the implants whereas overs just have skin/tissue holding it up, so maybe thats why he's offered partials for a larger implant, so you have more support and less chance of sagging in the future.
Both placements have pros and cons so maybe ask him what he thinks of you having overs x
