Overs, Unders, Partials???????????

Hi ladies,

I have kind of worked out the thing with overs and unders but whats the difference in partial unders and complete unders?

One PS recommended partial unders then another said unders. App I don't have enough meat to have overs! x

Partial unders are only partially under the muscle. Apparently if you have partial unders they are less likely to rise and sit high on the chest, however, I have heard they are more likely to 'bottom out' as the bottoms of the implants aren't fully supported by the chest muscle. I guess it just depends on the person really, and the surgeon. I wanted unders and the surgeon I had a consultation with recommended partial unders because he didn't want them to look false if they sat too high under the muscle.x

Most people who say they have unders have partial unders in actual fact. It's quite rare for a surgeon to place the implant completely under the muscle, from what I've read? Loads of ladies on here have had amazing results with partials, they are a really nice placement for the natural look.xx
