Re: May Buddies
Were you told about drinking at your pre op? I wasn't told not to and my docs say just not to smoke the day of the op. I don't smoke anyway but that's what it says. I even asked about eating garlic etc as I've never been told to avoid it before any other ops and she said there was no need to anything different to normal.
Happy Birthday for tomorrow, have you got any nice plans? What a great present you're getting!! Xx

Re: May Buddies
That's great to hear it's the best thing you've ever done.
I'm a day case but the pj issues was bothering me for in hospital during the day. She told me not to take any anyway as they'll give me everything I need but good tip for the others. I think Vickyxo said she's bought short pjs too.
Hope you keep feeling better as the hours pass. Congratulations Hun...you've got boobies!! Xx

Well done you've done brilliantly! I was at a wedding yesterday but ended up with a migraine so hardly drank anything. I'm going to start arnica today too. I didn't buy any as knew I had some somewhere that I had for post childbirth. I found it yesterday morning.
How are you feeling [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]? I'm so excited!

Re: May Buddies
I need to be there for 7am so will leave at 630am. Hubby will come in with me for an hour or so and then will need to take our little one to nursery and come back. I can't believe it's this week!
I need to stop eating at midnight and can just sip water in the morning but nothing else. I get migraines when I fast though so I hope I'll be first on the list and not have to wait about for ages.
There is wifi though so I'll have to speak to you guys to keep me sane and calm! Xx

Is anyone taking their V pillow with them to hospital? As I am having uplift too they have said to expect a 2 night stay. Are any other May buddies having an uplift too?

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] i haven't bought one!! Was hoping that the ridiculous amount of normal pillows we have at home would do the trick. Keep adding stuff to my list of things to take with me xx

EmzH it's so exciting isn't it! 2 more sleeps for Littleannie and I!! Eek!!
I've not got a v pillow either. I had every intention of getting one but I'm hoping to make some kind of cosy nest with a double duvet instead and if I feel like I really need one I'll ask hubby to go and pick one up from argos or dunelm for me. Xx
