Morning all,

I've just made my appointment at Transform for the 2nd of May with the PCC.

Why do you need to see the PCC before you can see a surgeon?

A lady called Lizzie in the Reading clinic, where/who did you see?

You must be so excited just over a month to go!

Was 335cc the most they offered you?

I'm not even close to booking and already I'm worrying about size!

Obviously I want my moneys worth without looking top heavy or ridiculous just so worried that ill feel what they offer me wont be enough as the last surgeon I saw only offered me 230cc tops but never really explained why and as it was my very first meeting I was too disheartened to question why!

At the moment yes because i said i wanted roughly a D cup.. But now ive got boob greed and think abit note so my PCC is going to swing it by him about a variety of sizes so i can pick. And in going back to try on sizers on 5th may just to be certain!

Its such a difficult choice to make, and yeah if you gorking out on money then you need to be defiante you love the size!

I met the surgeon and he told me sizers but i tried them on in PCC room for more privacy and its nicer!

Whos your surgeon your meeting do you know? Xx

That's good news, do you know what sizes they are going to have for you?

Its so hard to know! I kind of feel personally that if they offer me anything under 300cc again I wont bother because I want them to look bigger than they are now when I'm wearing a +2 cup sizes bra, I love the sound of 375cc but haven't a clue if I can pull it off!

I'm planning to ask for Mr Meleagros just wish I could bypass seeing the PCC and get straight to it, hoping I wont have long to wait!

If you don't use a clinic you can have direct access to the surgeon. The clinics use pccs as their time is cheap and in essence they are saleswomen. I personally don't think 'sales' is ethical in this line of business but it works for a lot of people so you'll need to decide what's best for you, remembering they'll be your contact point before and after op.

Mr Meleagros is really nice.. He offered me 410cc but i thought i might go too big that size haha!

Yeah i know thats what im struggling to decide and ive only got a month to decide what size.. I dont want to be hige but i still want an impact. I think every newbie to the BA scene says they want a D cup first off. The more i have thought about it the more i want slightly bigger ha. I just hope my surgeon will let me!

Have you thought about dates you want yours dobe? Xx

Atleast your going to try sizes quite abit before your actual date, ive heard some people are doing last minute size changes the morning of surgery huh smiley

My friend had hers done with him a year ago April and hers looked fab from start to finish and her scars are very neat!

I've heard he can be more generous with cc sizing just hope that if I do go through with it he wouldn't let me have someone that would look top heavy just because I'm being greedy. Id like to be a full D and the least id say but its so hard to know because its so different on everyone.

Ideally I want them done before the year is up, maybe around August/September time. I already have my deposit but then I would still have enough time to do some extra saving towards the monthly payments if I get them!

Yeah thats what i dont want to do.. i want to be sure weeks before so i can literally go to the hospital and not worry.. It is such a hard decision to make because obviously that is what your stuck with unless you pay for another re-op.

Aw thats good then, least you have reference of how much of a good job he can do.. ive only heard good of him. Yeah but thats when you limit yourself and tell him exactly what you want and show him pictures for desired looks!

Thats a good idea, i wish i did but ive been planning it for years and still didnt save haha.. badtimes! xx

It's always best to take pictures in to show your surgeon. I would feel uncomfortable not working directly with my surgeon about size. But that's just me. Xxx
