Re: overnight stay
Hi Dolly, I took a small case, to be honest you don't need a lot of things...... Just few bits and bobs really.... Pyjamas ( button up front ones are easier) slippers. Some sweets to suck after, you get a real dry throat. Few toiletries..... Not much really. To be honest I couldn't be bothered the next day. Just wanted to get home. I was home by lunch. Xx

Re: overnight stay
I took a carry on with me, coz had my dressing gown which took up space, plus extra clothes for just in case. If you can fit it all in a rucksack, that's fine. Take whatever you're comfortable with

Re: overnight stay
I took my hand luggage case because it's on wheels and nice n easy but to be fair, I didn't really need it. I was rushed in so quick I didn't even read a magazine then discharged at 7am the next day.
Would probably take exactly the same next time tho as I like to be prepared and incapable of packing light

Re: overnight stay
I took a rucksack (only smallish bag I own). I would definitely say make sure your bag is easy to get in and out of and that you know where you've put everything in it! I was too sore to go rummaging through mine for stuff I needed and it was a massive faff whenever I needed anything because I had to get the bf to tip everything out! x

Re: overnight stay
I took a small hold all type bag. Took toiletries, pjs, change of clothes underwear, slippers. To behonest didn't use any of it. I got in to my pjs after op and stayed in them til I got home. I was so sick after GA and was picked up by the driver at 7am. X

I'm usually the kind of person who takes far too much and uses nothing.

Re: overnight stay
I took a small cabin hold size suitcase and everything I needed fitted in there. But I did take much more stuff than I needed to be on the safe side.
