Level 4 high impact sports bra
As I am having 470cc hp overs, nads suggested I get one of these as I am having a larger implant and therefore be good for compression, was just wondering if any of you lovely ladies had bought one of this types of high impact sports bras?
I have already got a royce post surgery bra that has poppers on the front so it i dont have to get it over my head but obv want to get another high impact sports bra that either zips up or does up at the back for when the others are in the wash e.t.c.
Would really appreciate any advice as am getting myself in to quite a pickle panicking about it.
Thanx girls

Re: Level 4 high impact sports bra
I had a Z bra which is a post op one. Really held them in place, cause they felt really heavy for me about a week after my op, when they stopped being so numb. So you do need a good support one. After that phase I was fine with the sports bras from asda.

Re: Level 4 high impact sports bra
yeh go shock absorber or royce impact free from figleaves, they're like a crop top (cover a lot of area for maximum compression, lift AND secrity) and there is no movement what so ever!!! £30 a pop and well worth it
