Re: High impant or Low impact.
Most of us are told o wear high impact ones after surgery. I have the triumph extreme and have loved it. But maybe check with your clinic to see what your surgeon prefers as some are told to not wear anything so could be different xx

Re: High impant or Low impact.
You'd be best checking with your surgeon lovely. Some surgeons prefer no bra, some a soft cup bra, some a low impact, but the majority of us have to wear a high impact sweetness. Xx

m&s ones and macom are really comfy, if u r getting the m&s ones i would go one back size upthey seem to come really small.

Re: High impant or Low impact.
I wondered why high impact but once you get in that car after your op you'll realise why high impact lol, that's all lol!!
M&S do a two pack for £25 high impact and msybe but a couple of sizes is I wanted to be a small D so bought 36D and 36DD but kept the tags on. The zip up front ones look good but haven't got any do can't comment. Buy some bra extenders as well they are great as your ribs swell up, mine were from la sense only cheap but great x x
