eddy, the bum shuffle along with your stomach muscles gets you out of bed without using your arms, its umm interesting! :)

my pain is bearable but still keeping on top of the co-codamol and can't use my arms much.. hoping for a turning point soon!

blue, you'll definitely see a difference as the week goes on, are you able to do any small walks? that has helped me a little bit, but not overdoing it
its actually amazing how much you use your arms and chest areas even when you don't know it!
oh, and thanks hangle and eddy, won't be long til your avi is up :) xx

so far i've only walked to the loo or the kitchen table and back.
not been brave enough to shower yet as i find even going to the loo quite hard work, but may attempt shower and walk tomorrow! i'm definitely feeling better already!

can't quite see yet how i'd be able to manage a bikini shot at 4 days post, but we'll see ;)

Sophia we can count down together!!!!!! I have to kiddies keeping me busy so it seems to be flying in! I'm not gonna lie - looking forward to recovering as I have child care for a week (between both grannies and daddy!!) peace perfect peace I hope!!! Haha xxx

midge, it does feel great to finally fill an up padded bra! its awesome. I justwwould like sensation back now, that's my only tiny worry. fingers crossed :) Tuesday is just around the corner xx

Thanks halo, not sure how I managed to stay that colour, I think in certain lights my true colour is revealed! lol.
I have the same problem but with my left one. Have you had stabbing pains whenever you move? I've had to sit down and keep still to stop it hurting:( I hope it's the nerves re connecting as I still have no feeling in either :(

argh i can't wait to get an avi up, psyching myself up to shower and wash hair later today as can't bear it anymore, will see how i go!
may also swap from co-codamol to paracetamol only, so all in all going okay!

Hi girls, just saw my name mentioned up there! I had a wee weekend away this weekend at the Rihanna concert so didn't get a chance to look at my phone! (She was AMAZING by the way!!)

I am 3 weeks post op on Wednesday and I cant believe it has all gone by so quickly!! Having a little hick-up at the minute about size.. wishing I had gone bigger :( so I am going to book back in with my surgeon to talk about my options... I am delighted with the shape but maybe a little bigger wouldn't have done any harm. I am a 32C which you would think I would be happy about... but boobie greed is without a doubt kicking in!

How are all you girls keeping? Hangle and Vix - avis look AMAZING!!! xx

Rihanna was amazing - we were seated so wasnt too bad but the crowds getting out was a bit mad - boobies were protected ans anyone who came near them would have been in trouble :p

I am just not 100%... Its early days though but if things didnt change in the next year.. I certainly would not rule out a reop. Damn u boobie greed!! xx

oh hun, it always comes in varying degrees. give them a chance and if it's not for you your surgeon will be able to guide you :) I hope you feel happier after seeing him.
my tan is old,need a top up!! where's the sun when you need it! Do you have much pain any more at all xx

Aw g sorry to hear you aren't 100% happy with the size, your avi looks great and there will be a lot more changes to go through, I know how rubbish the sports bra makes them,when do you get the go ahead for wires?
I've overdone it a bit today, feel fine but boobs are swollen so sat on sofa with an ice pack! Xx

your body really does have a way of letting you know when you've done too much! ice packs really do the trick though! make sure you rest up. They took away my earlier pains, godsend!! xx

Vix yes i had stabbing type pains i do think that its everything getting a slight feeling back, im very numb im sure you will get full or at least most of your sensation back by 3-6mths post op, the cold pack felt wonderful last night will be doing that again tonight in bed.
Glad your healing well blue and hangle seems to be flying through it wonderfly
g!! so pleased to hear from you, but i can tell you 1 thing hunni, you havent finished healing and the cleavage that you will get im telling you will be amazing they look even better in this new avi than the last!! But i can understand i am getting boob greed wish i had wanted to go bigger now also but im sure as long as they heal well ( fingers crossed

) and sweeling comes down i will be happy
