Yes my OH is not a gentle - I nick name him hurricane Kev or Hurrikev for short - he is 6ft 4 and a complete calamity and seeing so namby pamby and graceful is very weird... :-0 xx

I know what you mean alipop when I ask my husband for a cuddle he just stands there with his arms open says he doesn't want to hurt me
A lot of the pain has gone this morning found it easier to get up going to get my daughter to do my hair later on the plus side I am feeling up to going with her to get her results husband is doing the driving

Yaaay astanji great news :-) I actually feel a lot better today still heavy but not as much pain - I'm not on the co codamol now just sticking with ibuprofen taking 2 400 mg tablets and the antibiotics and my arnica - il be rattling along by the end if the week lol xx

Think I over did it today - traipsed around phone shopping that wasn't a good idea lol I'm do exhausted now - got my first post op check tomo think I will get the ok to shower??? I hope so!!! Xx

alipops when are you supposed to strt taking the arnica hun? i got some but dont know when i started it last time i had it? 
Im having my hair colured and trimmed next week then i should be just about healed and ready for it doing again in 6 weeks xx

Start arnica 3 days before halo xx u can take for 7 days apparently on the packet xxx

I was told to take the arnica a week before and a week after I managed to get to daughter's dance results Worth the effort she passed all 6 with top score am suffering a bit now but sombre of that is down to trying not to take the pills

well, I am the last of the May buddies, I thought my time would never come! In tomorrow at 7 am to be taken down at 9 am! I am so scared, I am sure I will be posting like crazy tomorrow and the next couple of days so sorry if I repeat questions already asked ... I am sooooo scared ..... x
