I'm only 9 days post op and I'd be fine for a concert as long as its not standing and no mosh pits in sight lol! So at 4 weeks I'm sure you'd be fine, but everyone's different and as long as you listen to your body then you'll be fine xx

I went to see Westlife 2 days after having an op on my lower back. It was a bit uncomfortable but didn't hinder my healing so at 4 weeks you should be fine hun hope you enjoy it xxx
