There are many reasons why someone would get a ba, it just depends what your reason is. If your getting one because you want to be a pole dancer or glamour model then people may think your a bimbo etc but if you are genuinely upset with what you have and are doing it for confidence then peoples opinions may be different. However it shouldnt matter what people think of you.

If one were happy to apply a derogatory term to themselves and felt that they were a superficial, in-the-moment bimbo NOW, then maybe one shouldn't be having a BA and should maybe seek help to work on those issues instead.

Breast augmentation isn't going to change who you are, you'll be the same person with bigger boobs.

Anyone who judges a woman by the size of her breasts is ignorant. I have spent a long time thinking about my reasons for a BA. . Not once have I thought that anyone will judge my intellect by the size of my breasts.

It certainly doesnt make u a bimbo... I've just graduated from university with a first class honours degree and I just had my BA and uplift on wednesday. I am no bimbo, I'm an intelligent woman that felt upset about my body and wanted to be able to wear clothes that other 28 year old women can wear. If that makes me a bimbo then I guess I am one but to be honest I dont care what anyone else thinks, my BA and uplift has already made me so happy why would I care what anyone else thinks!!

A breast augmentation comes with the risk of possible complications, becoming a "bimbo" isn't one of them.

However, will getting the boob job give the impression that I am promiscuous? I am engaged, and I plan to lose my virginity when I get married (I think all gals should do the same). Is getting a boob job than a bad idea?

Sheila.... You can be promiscuous with any size breast small or large! I think sometimes how people dress can 'give the wrong impression' however, it is up to the individual what they wear and what they do with THeIR body! yahoo

Just out of curiosity, do you mind me asking what your stats are? As I'm a similar band size 38/40. :thumbs:

Sheila to me, and this is only my opinion, :smiler: you sound like your looking for people to reassure you that it's 'ok' to have a breast augmentation. Although for many, it is the right choice, no one can decide for someone or make their decisions, or change their perception of things!

I want to get a boob job simply because it will make me more attractive. I have a very nice butt, as I run a lot. However, that makes my boobs small (they are made of fat). Thus, the boob job will give me a nice rack while keeping my nice ass.
