Cant help on the driving, but can see that you arent sure about implant sizes.

I'm a similar size to you (36/38a and a size 14) At my first consultation, I told the PS that I wanted a full C/small D and he suggested anywhere between 320-360cc. From that, I would guess that 525's would give you an E. Maybe 450cc ish is more of a DD? Obviously I'm pre BA too, so I may be completely wrong!

I think I was around day 10 well it started to feel ok. I was driving from day 7 but my lefty didnt like it much x x x

I drove at day 7 and like Chloerose, probably felt okay with it from day 10. The gears in my car are really stiff, so going into fifth and reverse was a bit uncomfortable (although not painful). Be careful putting on your seatbelt - it's something that you do so automatically but it caused me a few twinges x

i drove today only a short journey and its day 6 for me, felt ok but just took extra care x

My post op instructions say not to drive for 7-14 days after surgery x

Just spoken to pcc she said a week to 10 days depending on I get on with healing and so on
