Re: chest strap!
Hi,
I had my ba on the 30th aug and was sent home with the awful macom strap, I was also put in a bra, although spent 24hrs with the strap only. I've phoned my cons about it a couple of times cos it's driving me mad. It hurts only when I wear the strap, they just said it was too tight. I've adjusted it so many times though. What size were u and what size implants did u have? I was 32/34aaaaaaaa and had 310cc xhp
Xxx

Re: chest strap!
i was told not to wear a bra and i had to wear the strap for a week. it felt like the longest week everrrrrr!! it was uncomfortable and left me with little bruises by my armpits but in the end it was worth it!! it was to stop the implants from riding up and to help them settle in. the relief when they took it off was incredible! after that i had to wear a sports bra for 2 weeks and then after 6 weeks i could wear an underwired bra. good luck and be patient!
