OK, I haven't been able to exercise etc since having my boobies done, and even though I haven't gained too much weight, I just feel fat and disgusting, and am paranoied about the way I look.
I'm 6 weeks post op.....can I start working out again?! I desperately need to start doing some cardio again!!! XXX

Yes sweetie, you're now safe to start working out. Be sure to take your time when you start, you'll be unbelievably weak and tired at first so youll have to build yourself up again, listen to your body and take it from there, you'll soon get yourself back to your old fitness level. xx

Yes, be sure you wear a good sportsbra, it's worth paying the extra as it's a good investment for the sake of keeping your boobs nice and perky, just like natural boobs they will sag and with the additional weight they'll sag so much sooner than a natural breast, so do take good care of them hun. xx

Do you have to wait a bit longer to train when you have under the muscle ones?? Especially things like press ups and chest press exercises?

I want to do everything by the book but I know i'll be desperate to exercise by 6 weeks! Feeling depressed and fat 396753
