Another rant

Oh My Gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just come back from MYA at the London Clinic to be told upon arrival that they messed up my dates and Mr Singh was not in today!!!!!!!!!!! I am so angry took a day off work and everything so did my dad because we had the intention of booking it today. They tried to get me to see another surgeon but I was like 'No I want to see Mr Singh again', they then said maybe we could get him to call you but I refused and made another appointment for next week to see him AGAIN. Completely ridiculous I have wasted money on fares and a days wages so disappointed!!!!! :pale: :pale:

Am trusting one of the ladies to sort this **naughty word** up out for me that works within the London Clinic because Nadja wasnt there today, hopefully they will recompensate the money I have wasted today!!!!!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:

All this aggro and I havent even had the surgery yet!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly nats, well I have sent an email to the lady I spoke to at the London Clinic, she said she would get in contact with head office and see what she can do. It would have been fine if they had rang me and let me know out of common courtesy. Instead I have had a wasted journey and paid out extra costs all because of someones incompetence grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

On the other note it'll all worth it in the end eh lol xxxxx

That's terrible! I know that a few from MYA actually read this site, I hope they can do something about all this, not good at all.

Hope you finally get to see Mr S soon, it will be worth it when you see him, he's great. have you thought about seeing him privately at all?

Thats what my dad suggested, he has his own private practice doesnt he? Just after having such an awful consultation last week at Transform I was really looking forward to seeing Mr Singh again today and booking it. Oh well like you said roxy it will be worth the wait xx

that's terrible, they should definitely compensate you or detract some money from your final surgery price!

i feel bad, dont mean moan, feels like thats all I ever do on here lol. I am having the bad experiences now, so fingers crossed it should only get better from now lol

Yeah i would find out how much he is independently and what the aftercare is like, at least you could cut the middle man out, if my surgeon wasnt so expensive independently i would've gone down that route because at least if he leaves the company your aftercare is protected x

hes alot more independely cause i tried him independly at first i was quoted over 5 grand so i went through transform and had verg good aftercare and only paid 3500 sorry to hear u didnt

God hun, how annoying!! I have had that happen to me twice through the MYA clinic in Leeds! I have arrived to be told i havent been booked in but luckily they have squeezed me in but thats not the point! After my first BA i was told at 3 months to make an app for 6 months post op but they dont go that far ahead so was told a note would be put on my file for them to call me nearer the time, they never did and i had to ring up myself to make it!!

Thats the only complaint i have with MYA, the staff in control of apps seem to make a few mistakes!

my PC rang not long ago and has agreed to take off a further £150 off the surgery price for my problems today :lol: , I also entered the competition on a website taking a further £500 off. So all in all its looking at 3605 would have been £4255 without any discount because I had chosen to pay an extra 405 for the inspira soft touch implants aswell. So pretty happy now girlies lol :lol:

Did you ask your PC to confirm that this is the price you will pay? had they taken any money off to start with (excluding the latest 150)? Because if that's the case you can't detract the competition money as well if you have a previous offer/discount - check with them to avoid being disappointed hun xxx

yes hun, she said that as I had 500 off the competition she would take a further 150 off the price out of goodwill because of the whole appointent confusion yesterday, making it 3605. Yet I have no evidence to prove she said this lol maybe i should text her and ask her how much it was again, this way I will have evidence that she has confirmed that price xxxxx

Ask her to send a price confirmation in an email hun x
