Grrr tonight is the worst Night since my ba, I m so hot and uncomfortable the dvt socks have come off as they were driving me nuts , everytime I lay down in bed my back is killing me ( I might just lay down properly and call the fire brigade in the morning to get me out of bed ) and everytime I move my left arm I m getting a horrible twitching sensation behind my left nipple its quite sickening! Xxx

Your a couple of days behind me. Argh I hate nights. I've always slept on my front or in a ball on my side. I hate sleeping on my back. Have U got a v pillow? I would definitely be more uncomfortable without it but even still! I was told I could take my socks off the next day though sounds like U drew the short straw there!!
PS i sat in the sun today in my sports bra and have sexy tan lines... Not!!! ahhh boob related rant 557141

I had to sleep at a 45 degree angle, think most do Pammie. I was given the all clear to sleep flat or my side at my post op check but I went back to my pillow castle last night because I just kept getting sorer and sorer, babies crawling into bed and me having no choice but to sleep on my side wasn't helping.

Sammi I always put a hot water bottle on the arch of my back and that really helps me, it's not just the heat as much as it arching my back that helps

Awww no Sammi! Apparently it was the hottest day of the year yesterday so I can defo understand why you were uncomfortable!

Last Night was a lot better thankfully and I cant really complain about my recovery so far its been quite easy apart from that Night xxx

Oooh I was the exact same Cazalino! The sweating, I mean, it somehow went away! Hope it does for you as well since it's bad enough we can't take a proper shower, so w/ all the excess sweating... It's just a really gross and uncomfortable feeling!

Try putting a pillow or cushion under your knees when your laying on your back, it will take a bit of pressure off....hope you get a better nights sleep soon! xx

hey congratulations ladies on your new additions, havn't been on here in a while so havn't had chance to congratulate the aug buddies. ahhh boob related rant 154564



for the sleeping, i know its really warm but i tired a heated wheat bag on my back wheni had to sleep upright. i would try lowering urself a little but still keeping ur head and shoulders higher. its a god send when u get told u can sleep flat, so just keep focusing on that day and ill be able to soon enough. lol

i completely agree about the baby wipes, thats one thing i forgot about pre ba. lol other than that hope ur all doing wellwith your recovery. xx
