ahhh first topless bath
Had my first proper bath today. Im 2 weeks post op tommorow. It felt so wierd taking my sports bra off. They looked huge and funny they dont move at all. Ahhh please say this gets better. My nipples are stretched too lol is this normal too. So my next thinh is getting the tape off incisions which i bottled tonight. I dont see my surgeon until february 23rd. Wish it was more often. I dont know what i do until then, i heard lots about massaging, using bio oil etc etc. I know some of you lovely will have some great advice for me. xxx

Re: ahhh first topless bath
Have you been given the all clear to fully submerge your boobs in the bath babe? Its normally OK to shower at 2 weeks but not fully submerge your new boobs in water until after the 6 week mark. If your nurse was clear this was OK lovely then just ignore me, but more often than not shallow baths avoiding soaking your wounds is advised if you have a bath only.
Don't use anything at all on your new incisions. You're still very much at risk of infection right now, so keep any moisturisers or oils away from the incisions. You're fine to moisturise your boobs, but like I said, don't let anything get near your incisions and as you probably have texturised implants which are what are mostly used in the UK then massaging is not needed at all. Your new boobs need stability to enable them to adhere to the breast pocket babe, so no massaging your boobs or your scars at all at this stage hun. X
