Swelling & Hardness in Right Breast

Swelling & Hardness in Right Breast Empty Swelling & Hardness in Right Breast

Post by marie43 30th March 2011, 6:21 pm

I am 4 weeks post-op (lift and implant) Friday, April 1. My right breast has way more swelling and hardness than the left side. My right breast is also sitting very high (due to the swelling I guess). They look totally different. My concern is that the swelling/hardness has not improved one bit since my surgery and I tend to have more pain associated with that side. I can't even shave under my right arm because of the swelling! I am visiting my Dr. regularly. I am not sure he is happy with it but says it should go down. I am having issues doing the proper exercises on the right breast also. Can anyone please share similar experiences? Am I too worried too soon? (I completely trust my surgeon but am getting a little down, so wanted some feedback from others). Thanks in advance!
