Swelling
Hi how long on average does it take for swelling to go down? I'm only 3 days post op but I still feel tender and swollen.

Re: Swelling
At 3 days post-op you're 'generally' at the height of your swelling and its generally the worst day for most women...
Swelling can continue for weeks hun, but its different for everyone. Some women have barely any swelling from day one and some women could be swollen for a month or more... Its an individual thing babe and my best advise to you would be to just take your healing one day at a time hun. Don't compare to others, just focus on you and dealing with that day, and the next day and the next until you're feeling good yourself hun and you WILL feel good, its generally hard for the first week and then the majority start to turn a corner, no more than two babe, so hang in there.... The best is yet to come Bigbusty.

Re: Swelling
Cookie has covered it haha! From my experience, my swelling has taken about 4 weeks to completely go! My swelling actually increased after about a week and my boobs went extremely tender and hard at night. I'm now 4 weeks exactly post-op and the swelling has completely gone.
Don't worry, babe, it'll pass, but it's just a waiting game :) xxxx

Re: Swelling
Girls, i am 10 days on now and tops of boobs tender and little bit yellow bruising, first bruises i have had at all. That sound ok? Sides of implants right in my armpits, bit annoying. But still as happy as larry with them, lol xxDi

Re: Swelling
That's completely normal, greenbean! My boobs felt like they were directly under my armpits and I ended up walking around with my arms out like I had invisible Arnold Schwarzenneger muscles haha! xxxx

Re: Swelling
I know haha! It's weird to be able to feel them everywhere you go.. Not complaining though haha ;)
Mine have travelled out of my armpits though now so they feel more like a part of me. They're still so stiff, though, if I were to jump up and down they wouldn't jiggle one bit haha!xxxx
