Hey

I'm 10 days post op and in a 32E sports bra at the moment, at certain times it feels like my bra is loose ( not the back but cups) but others it feels tight on the cups?

Any advice/ help

It feels tight sometimes maybe at the times when you may have overdone it a little Rach, or layed down for a long period of time and that continues for a good few weeks babe.

Swelling settles differently for everyone, but its generally around two weeks, but as I said above, at those time you might find a return but its nothing to worry about, just something to listen to... Its generally a good indicator if you feel the swelling return that you need to take things a little easier. Xx

Swelling can take anything from 2wk to 2mths, and can come back again if you have a bump or overdo things. Its the body's natural protection, extra padding around the injury to help prevent further damage. I wouldnt worry about it too much, only if your bra was too tight, like, trouble breathing tight, would I be concerned
