How long does it take for the majority of the swelling to go down? I'm 6 days post-op and have no band swelling, still measure 29", and was told to buy 34"s which are too big Rolling Eyes but my boobs still look mega swollen, I've been icing them but the ice packs don't seem to make a difference Swelling 267328

I found my swelling went down steadily for about 2 1/2 weeks - After that though, your boobs may still ride "high" for months until they "drop"

you're fine, unless they are painful and hot or you have a fever!
