Re: March Buddies!
Lol Sam... siobhan and Sinead?? or do they have to both be girls?
Auriga... I'm surprised you were told no driving for such a long time and no exercise. I drove my car 6 days post op and have been driving it ever since. With regards to day to day activity I'm doing everything I was before... including lifting my children and reaching up to top cupboards, sleeping on my side, showering etc etc. I had anatomical unders as well but wasn't advised anything like what you've been advised except for the exercise part where they said 6 weeks (unless it's an exercise bike or something). I would follow the advice of your surgeon anyway, I just hope I'm not doing anything to put my implants at risk of rotation or to stop the incisions from healing properly etc!!!!
Shaydey, sorry to hear of your trouble. I hope that it's minimal and that it goes away of its own accord as your surgeon suggested it might. Good luck with the check-up on Thursday! I have my next one on thursday too.

Re: March Buddies!
Hey Everyone,
It sounds like things are going well. I read about your issue Shayday - I am very sorry you have this stress on your mind. I hope you see the doctor soon & clear your mind. My fingers are crossed that you aren't lucky enough to be part of the 2%. Save those odds or the lottery!
EMJ - I love the bikini link, thank you! They shipworld wide it seems so my being in Canada dosen't matter! I'm going to look through them after posting here.
Sampowell - Oh.... I looooved that naming of the boobs... something Irish... I would go with whatever Irish beers there are...I can only think of Guiness but I'm sure there must be others.
I hope every one is doing well with their surgeries!
xoxo

Re: March Buddies!
Hi Everyone
I know LL, I am surprised by what I've been told too. Isn't it amazing the range of advice everyone is getting? I'm going to check my car insurance and see what it says. My car is automatic and power steering, light as a feather to drive really so I can't see how I can't manage that.
Is anyone using bio oil? I asked if I could start, but my PS was very skeptical about it doing any good. All I know is that I used it religiously on my C section scar, and you can barely see it. Can't hurt anyway.
Another question - I've put on an underwired bra today. Purely because I don't think the sports bra is giving me as much support as this one is. I'll take it off if it hurts, but is this a complete no no?
Thanks girls, don't know what I'd do without you all. My husband thinks I'm addicted as every time he sees my screen, it's pink! Still, saves him being pestered with 'I wonder if...' x 100 !

Re: March Buddies!
HI All,
Just thought i should share something icky but also potentially helpful for you all.
I have been through pretty nasty 36 hours, in fact it feels a hell of a lot longer. Essentially as has happened to all of us i have had major constipation and bloating. Well mine got to 5 days then 6 then 7 and by last night i was in horrendous pain, barely sleeping, crying, trying to go but just nearly passing out with the effort. By this morning I was also unable to pee and siting standing didnt matter - i thought i was gonna die. so i went online and found a colonic irrigation specialist. Never did it before and you know what it didnt hurt and one hour later i was 2 and half pounds lighter \(yes 2 1/2 pounds!!!) and smiling for the first time in days - i feel amazing.
Anyway a bit gross and most likely wont happen to you but if it does, this is how to fix it pronto!

Re: March Buddies!
Thats really good hun, glad your feeling better. Some friends of mine have it done every 6 months. How much did it cost? Think I will bear it in mind if I'm feeling bad. xx

Re: March Buddies!
I've booked myself in for just before I return to work after my BA.
Just to make sure I feel fresh for my return.
They are so good for you, espcially if ur a red meat eater as it flushes it all clean!
Its not painful.... Just feel a bit of pressure... Well that's my opinion but my friebd would tell u differently! Xxx
Glad ur feeling better hun!xxx

Re: March Buddies!
Who would ever have thought a boob job would cause such tummy problems!!! I could not believe that one day after surgery I was 10 pounds heavier and looked 6 months pregnant!! My tummy was as shinny as my boobs!! my tummy has started to go down and I have lost 4 lbs of the 10lbs. Just hoping I am not gaining too much real weight from not being on the move.
