Hi, I am prob too late for you on this thread but i just want to say I have got PIP rupture (found out in November) and I have had 2 babies before I knew about the rupture... which possibly happened up to 8 years ago! I didn't exclusivly BF but I did express for 4 weeks with each of my children. No ill effects.
