Oh I'm in so much pain with overs, I dread to think what your going through..

Something to cheer me up for the harsh days.

Today has been slightly better. I'm physically drained. Boobs are tight, slightly achy when I move briskly. But the agonizing pain has subdued and I feel relieved. I'm still scared there's another episode around the corner and I'm taking it easy.

I've been using ice packs, warm compresses and Ibuprofen has helped too. I've read your advices and got a timer for my meds.

I really hope tomorrow will be a better day. I can't wait to enjoy my new boobs. And so far I am not :(

glad the pain is easing hun, and glad i made a few ppl smile.

thats just it, you think your gunna love your boobs automatically but you dont, you just feel bleugh! not sexy at all.

i didnt start to enjoy them for at least a few months, but just knowing the wiat will soon be over is enough to get you through, jut few more weeks and it ll all be so worth it xx

I really feel for you adrianne. I had overs and had terrible stabbing, burning pain in my left boob days 4,5,6 and 7. It was that bad I thought I'd had unders and my surgeon forgot to tell me! I just wanted to die. I wasn't taking my meds properly either which of course didn't help. I saw the nurse on day7 to have my steristrips removed and she said that because I wasn't moving my arms very much my muscles were gona seize up and that was making it more painful! I startd moving about more and using my arms more (nothing too strenuous) and within hours I was feeling much better!

Just keep topped up on your meds. By week 2 you'll be a different person and will start to love your boobs and the pain will be forgotten about. Its soooooooooooo worth it!!

Derlva, so glad everything went well for you at the end. Hopefully the next days should be smooth for me. I'm really dreading to go through that pain again...

Hey Adrianne.

Just a quick note to tell you I was in awful pain for the first 3 days, and wondered what the hell I'd done. Day 4 improved slightly and from then it got so much better. By day 6 I was able to wash my own hair.

You are over the worst, hunni. Things will improve day by day now.

Hi hun,
Hope your feeling better? It is painful with unders but the pain soon subsides as the days go by! You always feel worse first thing in the morning, it will pass once your up and about...best advice I can offer you is don't lie in bed all day, your best off moving around
