Hi,
I had my op on the 15th. All went well!! I have been quite sick, think a reaction to the ga and painkillers. Feeling much better now. Have found it hard to get myself out bed etc but today have managed on my own. Will post a full diary soon. Good luck to all those having the op soon, you wont regret it! xx

Sorry to hear you haven't been well, I didn't take to the GA and meds very well and was very very poorly for a good week post op, I couldn't get out of bed eirther. Glad to see your feeling better now, look forward to hearing about your experience.

hey girls can i join i have just booked my op for next monday (29th)!!! As its late notice i feel completely overwhelmed and sick with nerves! just wondering if i should be doing anything to prepare my body? im going to take arnica tomorrow. xx

Awwww the nerves are natural hun I definately had them and then some!
I just ate super healthy and drank lots of water in the run up to the op. Also moisturised the
with bio-oil morning and night, just to make sure the skin was all supple in prep for the op.
Above all just try and relax and enjoy the run up, it really is an exciting time! x x

hey girls just thought i would update you that i had to put my date back until april so i better post on the above board! Thanks for the prep advice im going to start eating healthy (after the weekend) and slapping on the bio oil!
