What's the deal with this!??!!
Ok so I JUST had my BA surgery one week and one day ago :). I was a 34A and went with 340 cc. I have read alot that women are usually disappointed...and I kinda am. I was expecting much larger and under some tops you can barely really notice and thier still swollen too so they are gonna get even smaller?! Anyways...I have been reading alot about what women were before the operation and I have noticed many were in the A or even AAA range and have gone up to even E's with just like 280 cc!!! How is this possible when I feel smaller but I got a bigger size?? Do they look smaller than they are? I can't try bras yet I can barely lift my arms! So do they just look smaller? Will I be able to fit in to D's or even E's!!! That would be a dream come true.

Everyone different. I wouldnt' worry. I didn't think mine were that big at first and I wanted them bigger. But now 9 weeks later I'm a DD & really really happy.
I looked at my before pics compared to my after pics the other day - the difference is AMAZING!
Happy healing!

If you had unders maybe the muscle is just holding on to the implants making your boobs look flat ish, they should get bigger over time. Xxxx

It also depends on your body size eg if you are a size 8 with an A cup before and had 340s then obviously you have larger boobies than say a lady who is a size 16 and had 340s.....it's really early days for you, the implant needs to move down to beneath your nipple which will then lift and swell your boobies properly....afraid it's a waiting game! If you are worried nip back to see your PS for he or she to put your mind at ease xxxxx Happy fluffing xxxxx

I'm the same as you, I had 330g implants and didn't look majorly different. Even though the swelling goes your implants will drop and will stop being supressed by your skin/muscle. I don't know about you but at 2 weeks PO my skin is still stretching to accomodate my implant.
I'm in a D now although I don't look it, so I have to be patitent and wait for them to drop. Give it some time, before you can determine your final size xx

Patience is key hun, it really is, your very early days yet and have many more changes to come I'm sure. We want our perfect and resulting size as soon as we have the op (I know I did!) but I'm afraid it just doesn't happen like that, boobies need time to settle and drop into place.
