Have been feeling a bit :( today, so decided to do some online shopping for new tops and dresses. Got next day delivery so I can have a little dress up session tomorrow! Feeling better now!

i've been on ebay all day as my sports bra's feel tight!
i went shopping this morning looking for vest tops that hide a sports bra lol .... not a easy task i tell you!!!

My boobs feel massive today! It's really quite uncomfortable. Feels like they are going to burst!

I have to go hide the sports bra shopping at the weekend. Thinking vest tops/t-shirts and cardigans for work :)

faye mine were really swollen from day 3 to day 6, it's not nice but does go down ..... and when it does we wish they were bigger again lol

Hi girls

Im back and feeling strange. Not enjoying the new boobs yet if i'm honest. I'm too bloated and swollen and they are so numb they don't feel like they are mine when i touch them.

So glad i had it done though and i think they are going to be a fab shape and size once they've healed. Just wish it woudn't take so long!!!

Hi Stilton,

It is a strange feeling. I'm trying not to think about mine too much at the moment because I know they are going to change. I got a bit upset last night because I decided that when the swelling goes they are going to be too small! I also feel like I've put on about 30lbs as it seems like all I've done is sat and stuffed my face! Plus the bloating doesn't help!

Thanks Faye - i made the mistake of weighing myself and am 11lbs up since i went in on Monday. Now I know that is mostly water and bloat as i've not eaten tonnes since the op but doesn't help when you feel sore and achey.

Like you, i'm not really thinking about the boobs much and I've only looked at them once since. Quite happy to let them do their own thing for a few days.

Mine seem like they will be quite a nice size once they've settled and your impants were bigger than mine so you should be ok hon xx

I thought you were getting 360cc? What size were you pre op?

I thought I was too but I made a mistake - for some reason i thought we chose 360cc at the consultation but we actually discussed 340cc. I was happy to go with whatever he suggested to be honest as thought he would know what would suit me best and didn't seem much in it.

I was an empty 32b pre-op

I'm really excited! Had my check up today... The strapping has gone! She said they are looking really good and the incisions are healing well :)

Thats fab news Faye, glad you are healing well. Bet you are relieved to have the strapping off too (is that because you had unders?)

I don't think i saw your pics first time around, can I see please?

Thanks Faye, they look really good babe - the incisions are really neat your PS has done a fab job there.

How are you finding the pain with unders? I've been pretty much pain free but had overs. They do feel very tight at the moment where the skin is streching. Can't quite take it in that i actually have boobs now, its such a novelty.

My nose is driving me nuts now though - really itchy under the splint and can't scratch it. Really want to blow it too as feel really blocked up but not alllowed. Thankfully the splint comes off on Tuesday so not much longer to wait.

Pics are much clearer now faye, what a nice size, bet you feel better with the strapping gone. Glad your incisions are healing well, I haven't dared to look at mine yet!

How annoying stilton that you can't blow or scratch your nose, that must be so awkward but Tuesday isn't too long to wait until your splint comes off.

yeah the nose is irritating the hell out of me now - doesn't help that i can't actually see what my PS has actually done to it until the splint comes off, so i have no idea what my new nose looks like.

Jojo i'm jealous that you only have 3 weeks until new bra time, haha. I'm dying to get this healing over and done with and get into normal bras again. Not really liking this sports bra much and not many of my clothes cover it up properly. Will have to go clothes shopping i think and pick a few cheap tops up.

thanks girls, i am super excited and nervous. It feel so unreal. I haven't taken any preop pics yet, i took a couple on my mobile but the picture quality is rubbish so i need to use my camera . when i did take them on my mobile my boobs look so gross, I really don't know if i will let anyone see them, i have granny boobs( 3 breastfed kids) I have been left with really dodgy boobs. Anyways that will soon change. I am not looking forward to the after pain but means to an end. Hope the rest of you heal quickly. x

Morning girls :)

Yeah I am really pleased with them. I tried on my new clothes yesterday, and wow they look big in some tops! I haven't had any pain stilton. They were really tight, but that seems to be getting better now. I started using my cocoa butter yesterday, now that I can get to them! I wasn't given anything to cover my incisions. I asked about it, but I was told I didn't need it. Not sure if that's good or bad! Also, my appt with my surgeon isn't until mid July. I thought you had that at 6 weeks so you can get a yes or no for wearing normal bras. I asked about it, and was told to wear my sports bra for another 5 weeks, then I'm ok to go bra shopping without a check up.

I'm sure your nose will look fab stilton. Can't wait to see your pics. Hope everything goes well tomorrow my year!

faye i had my appointment with the surgeon at two weeks for my dressings off and he said he would see me again at 3 months and to start wearing normal bras from 6 weeks, so maybe they don't need to check them before bra's x
