Got it off my chest!
Just wanted to say x to you girlies who helped me get the confidence to finally tell my mum that I'm planning to have a BA!
I spent too long worrying about it and when I actually came to tell her the reaction was nothing like I expected! She totally understood and wasn't angry at all. Can't believe I was so scared, need to remind myself that I'm a grown up now, lol.

Yay!! Glad your mum understood and you have her support, so important that we have support from those closet to us when going through something like this! Now you can concentrate on researching BA's! Good luck x x

Aww great news hun - it's often a surprise and they don't act how we expect them to.
Hopefully that's a weight off your mind and one less thing to worry about. xx

Well done! Good for you.
I snuck it into a conversation with my mum and she kissed her teeth and changed the subject!
What did she say when you told her?

Re: Got it off my chest!
It's such a great feeling I feel like I can really look into it and start to plan now without feeling like I've got to hide anything.
She just said that she didn't realise I felt that way but if it's what I want then it's up to me. She told me to look into it as a BA is the only thing that I can do to change it. I was really surprised that she seemed to understand.
I hope this helps anyone else having the same dilemma. It really is worth getting it off your chest, I feel liberated! (hint hint to jojo75!)
