I have just read that you need to wear a chest band after surgery......this is the first i have heard, i am having my implants under the muscle?

Ask ur surgeon hun as i think they all do things differently. I had overs but didnt have one but i know some girls do xxx

I think every Surgeon does things differently. I have to wear mine for the full six weeks (3.5 weeks in and it is driving me mad! lol), whereas I have a friend who had unders and only had to wear it for a couple of weeks. Also have another friend who has just had her BA with the Nuffield and she had unders and doesn't have to wear one at all. xxx

Jojo is this something Mr Hassan does then, my pcc did mention it but he didnt say anything in the cosultation, im over overs not unders.

My surgeon does mainly full unders for various reasons and says he doesn't think they are nessessary, then others say they are... shrug

I think if you want to fully covered by their after-care program you should just follow what the doc says... shrug wtf Rolling Eyes too confusing for my brain!

I had unders and didn't have a band...some use them some don't - your PS will tell you if you need one!

Yes I think so, Mr Hassan does seem to do things a bit differently. I think we also have to wear the sports bra for a full 12 weeks (wearing my new bra is seeming further and further away! Lol). So he still likes those having overs to wear a band too then? I wasn't sure if it was just an 'unders' thing! xxx
