Hello ladies!!

Happy Easter!!!

I'm currently wearing a chest band and I wondered how tight it should be...

I put it on for the first time and have put it on tighter...

How tight is too tight?

It should only be used for slight downward pressure.. So i wouldn't even use tight to describe how far you should fasten it..

Tight enough to apply pressure lovely but not so tight its causes you any discomfort. Xx
