Would normally say high doses of vitamin C, echanasia (can't spell it), and zinc but not sure if you are supposed to take supplements before an op.
You could maybe try good old fashioned steam inhalation and rubbing your chest with vicks!
Hope you feel better soon and your BA goes ahead as planned. x

If you feel you're getting a chect infection, make an appointment to see your GP as soon as you can. If an infection is confirmed you'll have to call your clinic and keep your clinic informed sweetness.
Hopefull it's not though. A lot of times the stress leading up to our ops just generally runs us down. Drink plenty of fluids, eat well and get lots of rest. xx
