Chest exerciese... Empty Chest exerciese...

Post by tazzietwo 5th January 2010, 1:16 pm

Hi. I started doing the wii active today for the first time since my op (I'm 8 wks po). As I was doing some chest exercises, the 'lady, computer (lol!) said, "Feel your chest tightening". At this point I got a bit worried, thinking if my chest tightens even more I'm never going to fluff!!! Also, I've read a few reports on distortion! I had partial unders. Should I stop with the press ups etc?
Thanks xxxxx

I'd leave chest exercise until your about 2 or 3 months post op at least! If you can feel it and it feels weird then I'd stop. I started chest exercises with weights only recently (have never been able to do press ups anyway!) x
