I've also developed neck ache - I think it's trying to sleep sitting up that's done that one for me, can't wait until I'm able to snuggle back to sleep in a more normal manor!!! standinng up straight 727935

I can still remember it all too well. Even that feeling of taking sports bra off and holding on to them in case they fell off standinng up straight 557141 Can't remember how long before it went away, maybe 2-3 weeks.

HI hun,
I had this & my oH was constantly telling me to stand straight& it made me so angry because i honestly didnt think i could as it hurt way to much & really pulled my scars.

But in the end after 3-4 days off looking like a old lady i finally got the guts to make myself stand straight & it was the best thing i did! I spent one day really stretching up tall & it got rid off all kinds off pains & aches & i felt a hundred time better! My other half was like 'see told you you should stop walking like that!' standinng up straight 557141 I hate it when hes right!
