Re: straight after ba
Depends on the surgeon/clinic i guess. I woke up with strappin across my chest and bandages and they put the bra on me in the morning when i was leaving
Re: straight after ba
Hi,
I woke up with the strapping all over me (it is all the way up my chest and halfway down my stomach!!) and then the nurse put the sports bra on me when I cam back from theatre.
My strapping has to stay on for 8 days and the sports bra for 6 weeks. Is very annoying.
I'm going to attempt to have a shallow bath today, with a flannel wash on top and get my boyfriend to wash my hair over the bath!!
Wish me luck!

Re: straight after ba
I woke up wearing sports bra with velcro strip and was told that it is very important to keep the strip very tight all day and night for a month!
It's very unconfortable, the bra's is from cereplas and stiff and hard and not sitting at all. Ugh.

Re: straight after ba
I had the bandage on for the first day, had it removed the next day, the nurse put on the sportsbra, bandaged on top of bra again and had to stay like that for another two days, then I could remove it myself. The bandage was the worst for me so glad when it came off. xx

Re: straight after ba
I had bandages on, which weren't too tight at all. They stayed on for the first night and I went straight into my 'post surgery' bra the next day.
