What did you wear straight after your BA?
I've been told to wear front buttoning clothes but I can't think what to get?
I'm always quite hot so I'm usually in vest tops, but I dont know if I'll be able to manage with them after surgery.
I'd definately be too hot in a shirt or hoodie or button up PJs.
hmmmm....

I wore vest tops chick. It all depends how you are getting them on....i was fine. You can kinda get them on without too much arm lifting with practice. But front fastening i suppose would be easier......

I just bought a short sleeved zip up top from Primark to come home in hun, wore that with a pair of leggings and my Uggs. xxx

I wore sweatpants with uggs and a sweater that zips up in the front! I wasn't too hot, your not thinking much about the temperature on all those drugs

I wore a vest that I could pull up rather than put on over my head and a button up cardie style top with jeans and comfy flats. Had button up pjs for hospital and when i first got home.

yoga pants and a zip hoodie made of t-shirt material ($14.99 at the Gap...but don't know if y'all have Gap there). the hospitals/clinics are always cold to me so it wasn't an issue. plus you probably won't care you'll be kinda loopy from the drugs. it was 95 degrees here when i had my op and i wasn't warm at all even with the hoodie.

I had button up PJs for the hospital and to come home I wore jogging bottoms and a vest top that I stepped into / pulled up a zip jacket. Then for the first week just stuck with vest tops and zip jackets.

I wore a wrap around cardi with one button which was fixed but managed to get it over my head ok, vest tops will be fine, a lot are quite stretchy so if you are sore can still manage to slip it on. Plus when i came out of hospital i was still on their pain killers and could lift my arms to brush my teeth and everyting, it was only when i got home and was on paracetamol i struggled.
Your op is only 2 days after mine, how are you feeling? It is my second but i am still a bit nervous and anxious, not long now xx

Scared and excited at the same time, just want to get it over with really.
I'll probably pack vests then but I'll have a look round the shops for something zip-up or button up too.
It's so weird looking around clothes shops lately cos I don't want to buy anything incase it doesn't fit right with my new boobs!

PJ wise i wore an oversized 'sleep shirt' from primark, kinda like an oversized mans shirt but nicer cut! Got it a few sizes big, it was most comfy!!
On way home I wore trackies, a vest top and then i wrapped myself in my snuggie in the car home haha!! x

Re: What did you wear straight after your BA?
At the hospital I just wore my sports bra and pants. I was that hyper off the op and high off drugs I honestly wasn't bothered and I'm normally a right one for covering up. I had packed a button up PJ top and black bottoms and didn't bother to put them on. For the journey back from london to Newcastle I just wore a vest top that I stepped into and valour bottoms, zip up jacket and flip flops. Make sure you ask to take some stronger painkillers home as they tried to palm me off with pamacetomol. I insisted on tramadol and another painkiller. x

I wore a hoodie and trackpants and at home in bed I just had a loose fitting batwing sleeve t-shirt so I could get arms in and out easily.

I wore vests that I just pulled up too, I've been wearing shirt dresses with belts also as they are really easy. x

I wore a zip up top with short sleaves home from hopisal with joggers if I remember rightly. Straight after BA I was in a hospital gown but later that night the nurse helped me into my own button up PJ's. xx
