Re: dressings
ooh crikey ruth I wouldn't have a clue,, suggest you leave them as they are and be careful until thursday comes, thing is I guess if you take them off and dont have anti bacterial wipes to cleanse with then you go and put something ontop you could be sealing nasties in.. if it were me I think I would call nurse in morning, and just be very careful until I saw her...
what were you doing spilling blooming soup down yer cleavage anyways! ........... mental note to myself.... don't have soup unless I sit at the table!
seriously i hope all is ok...

mine are too far apart still so bit of a 'river thames' between them, so maybe couple of weeks time I wll have same prob..
I too drink last bit of soup from the bowl,, but don't tell anyone!!
and soup has helped me not feel so bloated, doing nothing doesn't really suit me!!

Re: dressings
I took mine off after 5 days, my surgeon told me to take them off when they started peeling away at the sides.

Re: dressings
They should be fine to remove Ruth...especially as they are no longer sterile by your wonderfull description You could just pop a tissue over them if you have no spare at home and a quick call to nurse in morning should do the trick!xxxx
P.S. Crumbs just fall straight through my boobies....you girls with the cleavage do cheer me
