My boobs especially at the top are so sore to touch! Even when im driving and the seatbelt is rested over my chest, it feels so sore. The skin just feels really sensitive, bruised and sore when I touch it.

Am i over reacting girls?? Please tell me this is normal Screwy

It's normal GSB! Hug

Was exactly the same and in fact I'd say it's only the last 5 or 6 weeks that I've been able to go any distance in the car without having to put the seatbelt under my arm instead so it didn't run on my boobs! They would get very sensitive if it rubbed on them and then go sort of numb but still keep the soreness x

Hi gotsomeboobs, I'm no expert, but I'm sure this is fine!

Well I hope so anyway, because my right boob was quite numb last week, then a few days later it got really sore. Not nice, I know. But now it's pretty much back to normal, so probably yours won't last long either hun.

Hug xxxx

Normal GSB!! The skin, muscle and nerves has been stretched and moved around a bit....needs to settle back and adjust to the new boobies!! It is uncomfortable, and 'scary' I guess, the more movement of your arms and chest muscles can aggrevate it due to continued movement. It really does get better and better...drying my hair was well......not good, you just wonder how much stretching the skin can take Shocked

Take Care Give You xxx

Anything that helps ease any discomfort is fine!! gently does it ...just incisions you need to avoid untill stitches are removed/disolved. However, I had micropore put on mine to heal and soften the incisions after applying vit.e. oil...my incisions have always been very good.

I remember being scared to look at them.....never mind touch Blush Hysterical

Putting moisteriser or bio oil on eased mine like Mia said. I used it from as soon as the dressings were off, but avoided getting it on any incisions and only smoothed it on very gently rather than massaging it until 6 weeks x

Mine were the same hun. You've had relatively big implants too so the skin is going to be stretched. Mine were shiny and veiny for about 2 weeks after my first op. Bio oil helps for sure as will the palmers. I used Arnica cream on mine too but again, keep away from the incisions.

Oh yes, I posted about this as it was really getting me down. But happily at 3 weeks it started to ease off slightly everyday going forward, the skin is still slightly sore but loads better now at 5 weeks xx

it does get better as the skin stretches and then relaxes.

Me too hun - really sensitive on the top so I've been putting rosa mosqueta oil on them, avoiding the incisions around my areola. Only started doing it a few days ago and can't say I've noticed any improvement in sensitivity, just think I was more concerned about avoiding stretch marks and getting rid of the flakey skin. I also thought it might be the strap on my prison bra causing it - but seems like it's just skin stretching!
