Hey ladies, i am 5 days post op and ever since my surgery i have had reoccurring nose bleeds afew times everyday. Im worrying because i never have nosebleeds even if i get knocked on the nose. Im seeing my surgeon on Tuesday but dont know whether its worth seeing my GP tomorrow?! 

Im such a worrier! Xxx

That's certainly a new one! Are they full on gushing, or just like, spotting when you blow your nose? If they're gushing I'd speak to someone. But it could well be a reaction to the GA, it can mess you up in so many ways. As ever, if you're worried, call the clinic.

Not gushing but im worried to blow my nose! Its the same feels as when you have snivels and il wipe my nosenwith antissue and will be blood.. I sneezed earlier and it went down my PJ top :-( yeah i will get it checked out then. Thankyou xxxx

Id be worrying too! Your mums a nurse isn't she? What does she think? Deffo call them tomorrow or if not least your check up is Tuesday morning xxxx

Yeah she thinks it could be a side affect but obvs its been persisting for 5 days now so bit more worrying! Yeah il get it checked out ASAP! Xxxx

Its funnily eased off today.. But il mention it to the surgeon or nurse tomorrow and see what they have to say. Im still sore, my boobs take it in turns to ache! Haha so mean. How are you feeling?! Xxx

Hi, I have never heard of nose bleeds being a side effect. I think maybe a coincidence xxx

Mentioned to the nurse today at my post op check up and she said its nothing shes heard of either and said could be a coincidence and to keep an eye on it xxx
