Any of you ladies have this problem with the swelling of the muscles still at it during 6 days post op?

I can't even raise my left arm half way cause it feels like my muscles are locked in ..... will i ever going to raise it higher up?? It's such a weird feeling... i hope everything's gonna be fine later... Is there any type of exercises that I start doing for my arms?

The side of my chest is still swollen, and feels bruisey... Any ideas or advice to ease the muscle stiffness??

The best thing you can do is rest hun, try not to use your chest muscles while they heal. What you are experiencing is very normal. It can take 6 weeks for a muscle to heal from trauma. I felt much better after 2 weeks but I had overs, so it could be a little longer for you

im 18 day post op and after mentioning this to my ps the other day he has advised me to start massaging this area and i think this has helped it no longer feels as tender not sure if its the massaging or whether its time but give it a try x
